I graduated from the Wrocław University of Physical Education in Poland in 1995 with a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation.

I have extensive experience working as a physiotherapist in clinical settings, including private clinics and hospitals across neurology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, MSK, and outpatient wards.

In the world of sport, I have worked alongside top-tier athletes across many disciplines, including Premier League, rugby players, boxers, MMA fighters, runners, and golf and tennis players.
